PETER W. FOLEY joined Strumwasser & Woocher after receiving his B.S. in Social Science and Engineering and Applied Science from the California Institute of Technology. His experience includes research on local campaign finance with the Political Science Department of Caltech.

Following a stint as an electrical and optics engineer in the Physics Department, he was an engineering team member in a collaboration between the Caltech Mechanical Engineering Department and the U.S. Air Force Research Labs. Mr. Foley also studied a new fiber optic interferometer design at ENSEEIHT, Institut National Polytechnique in Toulouse, France, and is fluent in French. Mr. Foley was the recipient of the Caltech Campus Life and Masters Award as well as a National Merit Scholar.
